Does that make you feel better? Thinking of them all as criminals. Every one you killed or cheated. You place yourself above them, and with no remorse, despite the fact you're little more than a murderer yourself. You try to cast your own judgement; deciding who shall live, and who shall die. But that isn't your place. It never has and never will be. It's His.
Ain't about judgment, man. I don't expect you understand.
Regardless, it's time for you to face your own judgement. He will determine the outcome. He is the only one who can truly free you from the sins you've gathered. Your route to penitence begins with a single step.

[ooc: The dashed lines=breaks in the recording~ In short, Loki followed Omar underground, but was spotted fairly early on, so Omar shot at him. - Loki ranted again and shot Omar, non-fatally. - Omar shot out a catwalk/fire escape, which dropped on/trapped Loki long enough for him to escape. 8D There prooobably wont be many replies to this, thanks to a) Grumpy Loki being pissed at someone escaping. And b) A meeting with a certain Nightmare later~]
